I started a Relay Team in 2007 because my wife, best friend , and mother of our children was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. After seeing her battle all the treatments and what Cancer can do both mentally and emotionally to a person, I am determined to help find a cure. Since the formation of our team, we have raised over $32,900 and received the "Rookie of the Year" award at the Middletown Relay in June of 2008.

I Relay because I want to see an end to cancer during my lifetime. Relay gives me the unique opportunity to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and support the American Cancer Society's lifesaving mission by fighting back against a disease that has already taken too much.
